BAR SERVICE:
() All beverages are served from the bar, one drink per guest, with valid photo ID.
() Includes clean and polished glassware, cocktail napkins, olive-picks, filtered ice and water, and fruit garnishes including cherries, lemons, limes, olives.
() We avoid single-use plastic including no straws, though eco-friendly compostable “single-use” items are available upon request.
BARTENDERS and BACKS:
() Always smelling of nothing (no perfume/cologne/sprays, smoke, nothing), no smoking, no chewing gum.
() Sober (never ANY drinking nor drugging on the clock), positive attitude, smiling, ready to work.
() Proactive, Helpful, Customer Service focused.
() SMILE!! “Welcome to NOVA, How May I Help You?”
() If you have time to lean you have time to clean.
() ATTIRE: comfy closed toes shoes, black dressy pants, black shirt (until you receive your NOVA work shirt)
() All drinks are rung up, no exceptions.
() Do NOT share your aloha number. One Bartender per cash drawer.
() PAYMENTS for WORK:
() You are a 1099 contractor, NOT an employee.
() NOVA pays you using Bill.com via direct deposit, which you will be invited to set up from Accounting@NOVA535.com
() Work performed on 1-15 of the month is received by your bank on the last of the month.
() Work from the 16th to the Last day of Month is received on the following 15th.
() Any billing-related issues are directed ONLY to Accounting@NOVA535.com. She is part-time and will respond within a few days.
CASH BAR:
() Our friendly and professional NOVA 535 Bar is ALWAYS OPEN as a CASH / CREDIT bar until you purchase a package.
() Packages are purchased in advance, per person per hour.
() Prices subject to change found on NOVA 535 Pricing Menu.
GRATUITY:
() Tip Jars always allowed on bar unless 20% Gratuity is prepaid. 20% gratuity also will be applied to ALL Consumption tabs.
NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES:
() ALL beverages MUST be supplied by NOVA.
POUR AMOUNTS:
() All Bar packages include single pour beverages only.
() Single = 1 x 1.5 = 1.5 ounces of Spirits.
() Double = 2 x 1.5 = 3.0 ounces of Spirits.
SALES TAX:
() is included in by the Glass / Bottle / Case prices purchased at the bar.
SHOTS:
() are never included in any package though are available for cash/credit purchases at the bar.
